unit 8

I found all of the meditations to be beneficial, however, I realistically  use the visualization and meditation the most.  I use them daily.  Before bed I do visualization meditations.  I find that if I meditate daily and calm my mind I am more focused and productive.  I find that if I continue to meditate and go inward I will reach a place of flourishing.  It is a constant journey that I am thankful to be on.
